Has anybody ever tasted tacos that are not from taco bell?

i have tasted tacos from other places besides taco bell its just that some people just assume that taco bell is the only place to get tacos from. my mom makes homemade tacos .

Yes, there is a Mexican restaurant where I live that is literally a hole in the wall. There is a big building with a little hole in the side that they serve food out of and it has the best tacos I've ever had...to date.

i assume your from part of the country where mexicans and mexican cuisene aren't prevalent? On the west coast there are tons of mexican fast food, restaurants, and grocery stores that cater to more taco variations than you can think of this side of the border.

My homemade tacos are really good.  Much better than taco bells and very easy to fix.

You must be young, if you have only had a taco from Taco Bell. There's nothing wrong with that, and I actually enjoy the Bell myslef at times.

I have had tacos at many many places. These places include your typical chains like Chili's and On The Border, little whole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurants, the local Mexican joint, even tacos in Cozumel!

Trust me, the more authentic the better. The fresh ingredients like cilantro and just-picked tomatoes make all the difference. Experiences in little, unassuming, family owned and operated Mexican restaurants have made me the great home cook that I am when making tacos for my friends and family!

Yes, since I live in an area of California that has access to a lot of great mexican food I do eat great tacos.   Taco Bell isn't real mexican food...your Mom's probably is though.

Yes, I've had them from all kinds of places.  Little whole-in-the wall places ususally have the best.  If you are adventurous, try the "roach coaches".  They are the restaurants on wheels.  Lot's of mexican food on those.  Also, try to go to an area that is densly populated with Hispanics.  You will get the best in that area.

My mom makes homemade tacos. they are so gooooddd.. I dont even taco bell's tacos. I think homemade tacos are the only good ones. I like mine with a lot of meat and some spicy sauce with a little lettuce..I think it is sssoooo gooooddd... why did u want to know? now you made me hungry!!! lol..i'll askk my mom to make some.

Yep.  I even make them at home.  If you're ever in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico, look for a little place called La Gringa Uno in Colonia De Canada.  They have AWESOME tacos.  I fell in love with their Tacos Pastor.

taco bell is the only taco fast food place in maine so thats the only fast food taco i have had. i had tacos from sit in mexican restaeraunts like margaritas and south of the border and all are very good  xD

Zacataco's in Chicago is te best place to eat taco's. I don't even think about Taco Bel when I think about taco's. Chipotle is good also!!
