Has anybody ever used K and S Holidays to book online?

I'm having some problems with this compay - I booked a holiday online on 30 June and I still haven't had any confirmation from them. I've rang them 3 times, emailled 3 times and even wrote a letter. The woman on the phone said she would send an email to confirm but I still haven't received anything. Has anybody else used them and are they ok?

just called and spoke to some guy, cold called them...they seem legit, give em a cb,  the guy in reservations was "as camp as christmas "!!!"
