Has anybody ever won the lottery in Pennsylvania?

There are over 12 million Pennsylvanians so I'm sure one of them, at one time other another, has won the lottery.  In fact, I remember a funny story from the newspaper last Christmas -- a man in Pittsburgh bought a lottery ticket for his in-laws as a Christmas gift and they won! (Of course, don't know if the in-laws were residents of the Keystone State.)
