Has anybody filled out the Academy’s Application/Precandidate Questionnaire for the Air Force Academy?

Could you tell me whats involved and how important it is?

It is very important!  You need to go onto the Academy's web page and click on the Academy Liaison Officer link.  Contact one of the ALO's listed there.  They are retired officers who have the sole mission of helping people get through the process of getting into the Academy.
