Has anybody found pac man charcters in the houston area??

so me and my friends were on westheimer close to montrose and saw "blinky" the red one. So i was wondering if anybody else has seen any.If so can you send me a picture and tell me where you found it.

There is one on the bridge at Allen Parkway & Waugh. It's a local artist's tag.
