It goes by the end of your SS#. Like if the last two digits of your ss # are in the 70's you won't get it until july.

Shockingly enough my parents recieved theres two weeks earlier. However, it was only half of what they thought they were getting.

I had mine direct deposit and had it 4 days earlier than scheduled.

I got mine a week before it was scheduled to go out (the same day I got the letter telling me when my check would go out).

the gov never sends nothing on time or earlier. and the answer is no.

Some rebate checks in a given SSN range go out earlier in the week, but there does not appear to be any recognizable pattern to predict which checks get mailed out earlier in the week.

No IRS is running behind schedule and more than likely rebate are about a week behind,
