Has anybody had problems with the plastic on mira advance showers? ?

the underneath has cracked a couple of times and the plastic height adjuster,is flimsy,mira deny this.

I had problems with my mira shower, the plastic part that slides up and down the metal tube to raise and lower the height of the shower head. The suppliers didn't want to know about it.

Problem solved. I sold the house.
