Has anybody had severe P.I.D before but still bin able to conceive?

i didnt have any symptoms until i got rushed into hospital they found a cyst on my left ovary and was on antibiotics for 10 days, the cyst has dissapeared and P.I.D has cleared, but i would like to no if theres anyone bin through a similiar situation and still managed to get pregnant?

i have heard of many many women with severe PID to get pregnant.
