Has anybody has the idea where I can get the Ethernet and inbuilt WI-FI network drivers for my DELL C-640?

pls do not give random links . I tried Even Dell's website and many drivers. but it is not working. so If you have any DEll Driver CD pls let me know.

Generally this type of error means either the password is wrong or there could be a remote connection could be the problem

Try Dell's site again.  Be sure to be specific for your pc and you will get the proper drivers.  Do not use other drivers as they may not work.

I procure drivers from Dell frequently for numerous different pcs.  The manufacturer site is the proper place, however YOU must take the time to be sure you have the proper system identification entered in their system (as you need to do with all different pc makers).

Three things you can do:

1) Get on Dell's website again (support.dell.com).  Enter your computer's service tag number to get support specific to your computer.  Once you do that and click on the "drivers and downloads" link, everything you need should be right there.

2) If you didn't get a Drivers & Utilities CD with your computer when you got it, order the CD from Dell.  It'll probably cost a few bucks, but it's worth it.

3) In my experience, Dell tends to be really hit-or-miss about putting network drivers on their Drivers & Utilities CDs.  Once you've downloaded the proper Ethernet and Wi-Fi drivers for your computer (as in #1 above), burn the files to a CD so you'll have them available in case you have to reinstall again.

I reload Dell machines all the time and all of the drivers are avialable on their web site.  Type in your model and OS, it will bring all drivers available for that make/model.  You may have to try more than one as an option to the wifi given in the list.

I assure you all drivers are there.
