do you mean the 100 dollar laptop? It is part of the one laptop per child initiative.

i build computers.. it would have to be a myth im afraid .. if it does exist is would run very slow or not at all

Yea, I believe it's being distributed in 2nd and 3rd world nations to high school and college students.  So just move to the third world and in the next 12-14 years this computer should get to you.
