Has anybody here done the "Over Land" summer program, the American Challenge?

was it worth it? what were the benefits? I've heard it helps you get in to college too, did it help you?

( if you have done anything with the over land program you info would be useful)

Anything that involves learning is good for college.  Thus, participate in any activity like "Over Land" summer program to have more knowledge.
