Im doing a essay for university and i need to ask some people about their social experience with their overseas exchange. Anybody want to help

Just visit any website devoted to the subject. Every travel abroad/exchange website has testimonials from people who have traveled and completed the program! You could use those if you get stuck not finding anyone. I've been abroad studying, but I don't know if you'd call that a real "exchange"?
