i need some info on how to design a sewage treatment plant for a 6000 man camp accommodation..

I have, in Yemen. If the camp is temporary and not on the aquifer providing drinking water downslope, you might try the "long drop", a sort of indoor outhouse. It uses no water, which could be an important factor where you are. Otherwise, you might just lift a design from your engineering text and add a constructed wetland as tertiary treatment.
