Has anybody know this seller (urbanmonkey_auction) from ebay.com?

He's one of the worst seller that I deal with, He sold me the wrong item, and he promised he will exchange for me another one,and I have to return the wrong item back to him, he said after I received the new item, he will pay the shipping cost for the wrong item I returned. Now after 3 weeks, I tried to contact him many times, he didn't answer any time. Remember this seller "urbanmonkey_auction", and never do bussiness with him

Contact ebay and file a dispute with them, also if you paid by credit card contest the charge with them/

No i dont know him sorry however i will stear clear of buying and selling to him
