Has anybody made their own colloidal silver?

I've tried, but I always get big colloids, I read somewhere it might be too much current running through it. I just want good, clean colloidal silver that I can drink, something about 30ppm would be good. Any advice, suggestions, etc would be greatly appreciated. I dont really want to use batteries, I do have a 12v power supply, but I think its like 1.5 amps.

No,but I have sucked on silver tarnish to kill streph.To much can turn skin grey.I only use for one week for infections.With kids in the house there is something each month.

Don't mess with that.  Colloidal silver has the potential to turn your skin silver permanently.
