Has anybody on here gotten a SEVENTH grade physical in new york state?

if so what do they check

what are the requirements as far as health

and which shots do you get?

I've gotten one in Seventh grade a few years back in Ohio.

They just check the regular.

Height, Weight, Eating Problems, Have you ever Drunk/Smoked.

You know, that sort of thing.
