they found it in washington could this money possibly be from the famed DB Cooper who knows right.

The story is most unusual and almost unbelievable. I would have personally obtained a lawyer to take care of this matter for me. I never would have gone through all of those calisthenics in attempting to convince anyone about the origin of the money. The DB Cooper idea might also be an idea. Peace!
