Has anybody seen or know where to get

Has anybody seen or know where to get a device that plugs into the diagnostic port under dash of car that will monitor your gas mileage and also diagnose your vehicle if something is wrong. I saw an add on the internet and can not find it now. It was only about $100.00 or so buy.?

Here is one but it cost more than you stated. Maybe with the name of it you can look it up in eBay for a cheaper one.
