I see they have a Reputation management side of their negative reporting, sounds like a double edged sword. Anybody know if they charge to get you removed from their negative rankings and if so, do they guaranty anything?

  1. I've heard that's how they make their money. They get the complaint. They don't care if it's true or not. Then they ask the company (these are small businesses, mom and pop) to pay them money under "advocacy program" to call it resolved. The big corporations don't give a d**n about ripoffreport complaint because they rank so high over the internet. It seems they make money out of extorting small businesses. I think advocacy is good but it should be handled by a state or federal agency not by another for-profit company which can lead to corruption and extortion like this....my 2 cents
