Has anybody used TAFSA?

Can I get more information on it, I know is for foreing students, but how good is it? Any consequences? is it a good to thing to apply?

Here's a link to it.  It's basically asks FAFSA info but for those who do not qualify to fill out the FAFSA.  And it's for Texas.  Yes, if you are eligible to fill out the TASFA, it's a good thing.
