Has anybody used inversion tables for back problem?

  1. They are great for specific problems of the lower back and even the neck.  If the problem is muscular or if it is arthritic then the inversion table will work for you.  If you have a case of sciatica it might not be the answer to the problem but you could try just make sure that someone is with you that could get you out if it causes more pain when you are coming out of the inverted posture.  Check with your doctor as it could cause some problems with blood pressure.  I personally find it very relaxing and stay there between fifteen and twenty minutes.

  3. It helps me but I think it's got to do more with what is wrong with your back. Just try it and see if it helps you.

  4. My friend has one & it works for him.I've tried it a few times but with no great difference to the lower back pain I was in.If you intend buying one,try & afford a Teeter table as they are the best quality,about £300 online.
