  1. definately do not use super glue. they have specific glue for fake lashes. it's really inexpensive and you can get it at any drug store or walmart or target.

  4. Yes, and they end up in the casualty / emergency department of the local hospital on a regular basis.

    Don't do it.

    I work in theatre in the UK and have worked with and dated a few people who know a lot about make-up, and who would agree that the glue they supply  with false eyelashes is next to useless, but go for a professional theatrical or cinematic spirit gum, NOT SUPERGLUE.

    For false moustaches I use Leichner, which I buy from Charles H. Fox Ltd in Tavistock St., in Covent Garden in London, but there are loads of suppliers who do mail-order worldwide.

  7. Never, but i mistook false nail glue for my eyedrops and spent four hours in casualty having my eye rinsed out and eyelashes cut off.

    Dont ever ever go there, i still have nightmares. x*x

  8. Noo don't do that, it is a free ticket to losing all of your lashes. Plus it would irritate your eyes.. I just bought some NYC fake lashes that come with good strip adhesive that you can re-use and it is pretty strong, it only cost $1.72 at target. But seriously, super glue is a big no-no..

  9. No.. I imagine it would blind you or harm you in some other way!!

    Buy eyelash glue from MAC, you get a big tube and it lasts for ages and is good for sticking on dimontes n stuff 2 your eyes/face !! Its about £8 and well worth it!

  13. No. But......DON'T!!!!! I know some people who have super-glued their finger to their head, eyes together, and fingers together. And it took a while to fix. They have special glue for false eyelahes, stick to that!! Look around in the cosmetics section of a drugstore and you will find it. Good luckerz!!!

  16. No, don't do it. When you try to take it off, it'll rip the small top layer of the skin around your eye off. Not as gruesome as it sounds, but still very painful. My friend was dumb enough to do it for Halloween last year. Plus, super glue is not safe to get in or around the eye. Stay with the glue that came with the eyelashes, that way, you don't have to worry and your eyes will be safe.

  19. No, and I would not attempt to do this. Keep to the glue they give you. It's safe to use around the eye, unlike super glue.
