1) I'm well aware that In 'n Out pays better and has more and better benefits than McDonald's (or similas, i.e. Burger King, Taco Bell, etc). Besides the pay and benefits though, I'm curious to know if anyone who has worked for both places can tell me why they like working at one better than the other.

2) Also: Do they have similar hiring requirements? If not, which one is stricter, and why?

  1. I work at McDonald's. I love it. They pay me $12.50 an hour as a crew member. They let me have one free meal a day as long as it's $5 or less in value. I work part-time so I don't get benefits, but I do get a college deal.

  2. In 'n Out use.s less saliva in their food.

  3. In n out pays way better, i know they start at like 9-10 bucks an hour.
