  1. Bicarbonate of soda (baking soda if you're in the US) and citric acid and tartaric acid would do the trick but I think you could do equally well with a level teaspoonful of baking soda and the juice of 1/2 a lemon in a 1/2 pint glass of water. I think that would be the least expensive option.

  2. Organic cranberry juice with no sugar. Because the sugar produces more bacteria in the bladder and could lead to a UTI-Urinary Tract Infection.  Just drink it with ice and very cold it is strong.  But it does work. There are also cranberry tablets at a health food store.

  3. If you really do have a bladder infection to get through it I used to do the cranberry juice, Advil and keeping it cleansed bit (washing the area with cool water during and after urinating). Furthermore, do go and have a gynological exam soon because bladder infections are usually caused by something more serius. Believe me! After two surgeries- one to have ovarian cysts removed and the other to finally remove the uterus. Since those surgeries I have never had a bladder infection again.

  4. The cranberry as people have mentioned above is great you can get it in a juice (sugar free) or it is also available in capsules from health food shops.

10mls of apple cider vinegar with honey and a glass of water is also very affective and works within a day. The apple cider vinegar must be the mother vinegar meaning one that looks dirty  like something is floating in it. The clear apple cider vinegars have been distilled and there is no goodness left in it. This is also a great way for anyone to start the day with this, as it is very alkalizing on the body.

Make sure you are drinking at least 2 liters of water a day to help clean the bladder out. After toilet use make sure you wipe from front to back, to reduce the spreading of bacteria.

  5. i recently experienced an infection.. not bladder but it concerned female health.  The following product got it sorted within days. Once again.. there is a juice now available which is organic and has 19 superfruits including the ACAI berry.  This feeds the body at the cellular level and helps flush the body of any unwanted toxins and pollutants. It is taken daily to maintain GREAT health and works on so many weaknesses of the body.  Colloidal silver is another natural antibacterial product which is awesome for killing infections. It can be taken internally or topically.

  6. cherry's any way you can get them juice frut or dryed

  7. survivor is right.

What the baking soda does is balances the pH in your bladder and this pushes the bad out. Nothing bad can grow in a pH balanced body.

You can use 1 tsp baking soda and a shot of water, too.

With the lemon juice~ 2 lemons w/ tsp of BS.

Pound the water after this, though. Do this every day till gone. Should work in at most 3 days.

  8. The cranberry remedy always works for me. I find the pills work better because they don't cause heartburn like the juice. You should take them for at least a week. Keep taking them for a few days after you start to feel better and that should keep the bacteria flushed out Good luck.
