Has anyone's child done something so sweet?

My daughter put one of her school uniform tops on her teddy yesterday! We didn't have a clue why, we just thought it was funny! We went to her school show today, the teacher said

" Tomorrow, is teddy bears picnic" I had to laugh to myself! She has dressed teddy ready and not told us why!!

That is very sweet.  My 22 month old daughter did something pretty sweet the other day.  Her 3 month old brother was crying as I was trying to get something put together to take to the post office.  My son suddenly stopped crying.  My daughter had gone into the other room, gotten his pacifier and was gently putting it in his mouth LOL.  I thought that was pretty darn sweet.

i have a 4 year old girl and i love taking her shopping cos she's always waving and saying hi to everyone, soo cute!

That is sweet!!

I think we live for these moments don't we? I've been quite poorly this week and even ended up having to stay in bed for a day while my hubby took a day off (1st time ever!)

He took my son (just turned 4) to the chemist with him to get my prescription after collecting him from nursery. When they got back he rpesented me with a bunch of flowers and said "these will feel you better mammy" He had insisted they stop at the florist and get me them. I had tears in my eyes!!

Later on that night, my their dad was putting my son and daughter to bed and tucked them in telling them to go straight to sleep 'coz he was tired too. My 6 year old then said " Yes , because you've had to do what mammy does every day. haven't you?"

He had to laugh and admitted that it was true!!

I love my babies, they're the best!!

I was walking my son home from school when he was about 4/5 and at the zebra crossing we met a friend who wanted to cross too.  My son asked her to hold his hand walking across the road as he thought  it would be safer for her.  We both nearly cried with laughter.  He is 23 now and still cute.

Aww that's cute!

My youngest is older now but when she was about 4 she did the funniest thing. We were going for a walk on this really frosty day, and I was talking to a neighbour, and she went to the wall and saw this white 'curly stone'. She thought I'd really like it, so she put it in her pocket to show my when I'd stopped talking, and forgot about it. She was taking her coat off when she remembered the stone. She put her hand in her pocket, and it had melted. It was dog poo that had frozen :P

We still remind her about it and it's ten years ago now.

HI i was in the super market with my 3 year old daughter,I looked at her she was standing looking at me, i said why you looking at mummy Gayle,She said you no mummy your the best mummy Ive ever had,I said Gayle your my best baby girl in the world,the people in the super market thought she was so cute,I was the proudest mummy in the world.

My daughter was in 2nd grade and was learning about describing words.

I was having a really bad day and was crying, I said nothing because I do not want them to worry but of course she saw me crying.

She brought over a note card and handed it to me without saying anything. It said "describing words about my mommy, and it listed smart, beautiful, perfect, lovely" half of them misspelled, it was by far the sweetest thing I have ever been given. I still carry it in my wallet.

My second cousins were over and I was babysitting them. The mom had just left and my cousin Owen started crying. My mom asked my other cousin Natara if she wanted to play and she said "I'm gonna wait until Owen stops crying" and she was only 3 back then. I thought it was soo cute!
