Has anyone Processed HUD/FHA Refunds at Home for extra money?

Has anyone processed HUD/FHA Refunds from home for extra cash? If so please let me know how it worked out for you and if's it's worth doing or is it a scam?

Scam.  I have received 2 FHA refunds in my life.  I didn't need any help.  No paperwork to fill out.  Nothing i could have done at all.  It is sent to you.  

The FHA will not allow middlemen.

It's also illegal.

If you call HUD, they will tell you that it's 100% legal to research the refunds and send a notice that a buyer is due a refund.

However, it's illegal to charge them for the information to get it. It's actually a felony.

Keep in mind, that there is NO paperwork required in order to get a refund on FHA MIP.   All you have to do is call them, verify your identify, and they will send you a check.
