No and it sounds revolting... What is the idea of frying chocolate, when it is meant to eat, as it is. Cannot see any sense in that at all.Some of you have some very q***r ideas in today,s World. But what do I know because some of you would paint the Sky green if you thought it was a good idea.

Not a Mars Bar but a chippy in Frome used to do a very tasty deep fried battered Cadbury's Creme Egg and they were to die for...they were soooo delicious!

yeah my local chippy used to do them (south west england)

we spent about two weeks having other chocolate bars deep fried, much to the dispare of our arteries.

I have not eaten a deep fried mars bar - nice as it sounds.

In Scotland I have.

I enjoy trying new foods, so I thought I'd give it a try, to my surprise, they are actually quite nice.

How can people say things such as 'yuck' if they have never tried them?

My local chip shop in East London covers them in batter and deep fries them - never tried one, sounds horrible, but apparently they are popular.

Went to Rome once, ordered pizza hoping to get an authentic Italian pizza, unfortunately it came deep-fried and was inedible. Apparently it is a Roman specialty. Surprised they are all still alive!
