Yeah, people actually pays.  Once, i almost fell for their trick.  They are scams and please don't believe them.  All they do is tell you that you are in semi-finalist and tell you to give them money and go to Las Vegas.  But they lied and you can never end up in finalist.  They dont appreciate your skill of literature and don't fall for their trick!
