Has anyone adopted from Romania recently?

I mean after the new laws were instated, i believe in 2005.

If so, how did you do it? Anyone have any idea how one could go about adopting from ROmania?

Sorry the laws here prevent anyone outside the country from adopting unless you are immediate family.
