  1. I have always has cramps, but after my children were born they are worse. I dunno why this happens or even if its normal . I would talk to an GYN and see.

  2. well with me it was completely the opposite. i had severe menstrual cramps during periods before pregnancy. so much that i couldnt go to work or even get up from the bed. after my delivery, 6 months ago, i have never had menstrual cramps during periods. to my relief. i got my periods the very first month after delivery.

  3. yes this is ok it happened to me my 3 daughters have grown up now i never had it after the first 2  but after the 3rd i started getting cramps

  4. Menstrual cramps can be a symptom of Vitamin B deficiency, which tends to happen after pregnancy because the baby depletes your body of vitamins and nutrients.  Try increasing your Vitamin B intake for a few months.  It can't hurt :)  Good Luck!!

  5. I know someone who this happened to, as far as I know it is completely normal.  Your body goes through so many changes during pregnancy and when it's all over not everything is going to be the same as before.  Maybe at your next doctors appointment just bring it up to be safe, but I'm sure that nothing is wrong.

  6. Yes, 100% normal. A lot of woman notice a change in there period weather it gets lighter or heavier...or having more or less cramps. After I had my daughter i had a lighter period and painful cramps, where as before i was light but had no cramps at all. Althought over the past 4 years the cramps have faded.

  7. I don't know but it sounds like stuff i heard ppl talk about before. I try not to listen to these things.

  8. To answer your question.  Yes.  I did not have cramps with my menstrual cycle before I had children.  After I had my daughter I started to get cramps.  Then after my son I got more cramping and it remained that way.  But, in that process my menstrual cycles also straightened out.  They were ever 19 to 36 days before I had children, and ever 28 to 32 days after I had them.

I just too Midol and then extra strength midol and it took care of the cramps, and they only lasted the first day or day and 1/2.

    Good Luck to you.
