I don't know whether there is canned soup. I never see any in Chinese supermarkets.

But there is Soup Base. You need to add ingredient such as tofu, mushroom, egg and meat.

Go to your local ethnic and/or organic/health food store and chat with the clerks there.  They will most likely be able to point you in the right direction.  These kinds of stores are great for hard-to-find food items.
