Has anyone any knowledge of incarceration at Eagleville PA?

My best friend, yes the one I posted about before, was given incarceration at Eagleville Correctional in Pennsylvania. She has the option to do 90 consecutive days with possible work release, but she has to apply and wait to see if its a possibility. Or can do 45 consecutive weekends. Has anyone any idea what this place is about?
