No but i'd say that your manager put you on that either because they thought you were really confident or it was just so busy they had to put anyone on there.

I like drivethru myself but talking through the headphone is really annoying when customers talk really soft or don't even speak English :| lol

Yep, slave labour. The number call is a classic one for me - every person has number and call you as a number not a person name. Number 243 come here! like Robot on command. Hate it! Welcome Retail Torture! In other words Retail Slave Labour.

wow...you're lucky you even got trained! i got thrown in there one day in the middle of lunch, and i had no idea what was going on. once i got used to it, that was my favorite place to be. you get to be kind of secluded in there, and when it's busy the time flies! if you feel uncomfortable going it alone at first, let a manager know how you feel. if you're honest with them, i'm sure they'd have someone spend a little more time with you. it also shows that you're serious about your job :)
