Has anyone been TTC and not ovulating?

I have been TTC for just a short period of time, but I stopped my birth control pills (that I was on for almost 9 years) at the end of last year. So that's 7 months off the pill- I have all the symptoms and have been charting and looks like I ovulated, but they say I might not be actually releasing an egg. Has this happened to anyone else?

I haven't had a period since Nov. of last year and been trying to have a baby for 4 years. I have something called PCOS, which basically means, I don't ovulate. I've included a link so you could read up on it if you want. I'm not saying you have the same thing, but it's always good to ask your Dr. about :0)

It happened to me after a miscarriage. i got normal periods but didnt ovulate for 4 months.  I was BBT, using Ovulation  kits, an Ovulation monitor, and progesterone blood tests at day14.  .  even tried clomid and that didnt work.  Nothing!  it happens sometimes.  I had to see a reproductive endocronologist and he couldnt figure it out coz all my hormone levels were fine. its was just one of those things where my body wasnt ready to drop and egg.  sorry i cant tell you what to do but if keeps happening, id see a doctor to get your levels tested
