  1. No.

Congrats to great gig in the sky!

  2. I question what I believe every day.  Sometimes it does have to do with what I read on Y!A.  People's opinions can make a difference to people who are willing to listen.

  3. No.

I do question my sanity, however. I still don't know what drives me to this hellhole.

  4. I question my sanity everyday I come here, does that count?

  5. I think some ex-muslim can boast of being influenced.Q/A is to provide the food for thought, the conversion is after lot of personal meditation.

  6. I've met a few who already questioned aspects of their beliefs, but the information they found on Yahoo answers (proof provided by others who challenged that belief system) assured them that they did not have "the truth."

As for a conversion strictly off the Y!A discussions/debates, I don't know of that happening, yet.

From what I've seen it can take one to five years for someone to truly come to terms that their belief system has serious holes in it, so maybe over time, there will be more Y!A "testimonies."

  7. I've been converted to retardation just from reading these questions.

  8. No, but it has helped me gain a deeper understanding my own and other people's beliefs.

  9. I have only been here a few months and I have noted one person saying that they as a result of Q&A decided to leave a certain group. She said in effect that she came here arguing their doctrine and now understands the other side and that she has left them .That is the only one I can remember.

  10. I didn't really change my beliefs. But it took coming here a little while before I realized that I am an atheist.

  11. No and no... I found what i was looking for 3yrs ago. :)

  12. No, I converted before I came on R&S.  I converted to freedom.

  13. Yeah, the same sexers recruited me, NOT.

  14. yes, may times i have questioned.

i am a theist but dont realy know what is beyond

but i go with christian right now.

however i must admit that the ones who can put up the best arguments

    are atheists here!

most of the problem is that most

    theists dont present there case

    but simply say

doesnt matter if you belive or not

    it is still true

and making us sound like people

    with santa clause  delusions

  15. No, I've been a Christian since I was five, and that won't be changing because of these people that I met a month ago.

  16. I used to believe that the world was a much smarter place.

    My eyes have been opened
