The INS sent me a letter saying that I had to sent some proofs that my marriage was made in "Good Faith". The Letter also says: "... failure to respond to this request will result in the termination of your conditional resident status and your removal from the United States". I have most of the papers requested, we went to my country to visit my family, we had two trips to florida, We filed taxes together and I have the affidavits of 4 of our friends, one from her and two from my parents when they met her. Copies of house insurance on both names and car insurances as well. I have been reading some other postings from others which have been helping me out to gather my proofs. However, I wonder if they can deny your application. If yes, why and can you appeal the decision?
Thanks for your postings.. I know I have enough proofs, but I have heard so many things about immigrants that being honest im a little worried.
Thanks again for your answers.
