Dont know but have seen plenty driving with L plates,dont think i would wouldent be worth it if you were stoped

A friend of a friend was stopped last Friday, he's about 18. They warned him, no fine. Funny thing is I seen him Saturday evening driving, only option is to fine on the spot.

i know here in cork city the day it came in the law fine  125 drivers in one part of cork city in a 3 hour period

yeah apparently 14 were caught in Waterford last week!  I havent seen any check points though
