Has anyone been on Graduate Schemes in the UK?

There are quite a few companies offering this service, and it seems like a legitimate resource.  I see no complaints against any of them, and some sites seem to have exclusive access to positions within certain corporations.  There seems to be no monetary cost involved, but the application and interview screening process is reportedly grueling. That can be to your advantage, however, if you get through successfully, and make it to that elite level of candidates.

Yeah i was on one years back, and it was very rewarding. You get to mix it up with other graduates, learn a LOT about the company and different roles within an organization because they like to move you about a lot. Prepare to move house quite often if the company is large enough (ones offering Graduate Schemes usually are) to have multiple sites with the UK.

It might seem like really tough work, especially at the beginning, but keep up the enthusiasm and interest and you'll get by fine. You'll only be a graduate once, so seize the day.
