  1. Yes there are nights like that, but you don't HAVE TO go to them, if you do, it's being smartly dressed that counts, ENJOY.

  2. A lot of men wear jacket and tie, not a full dinner suit today but the women are the ones that like to dress up.Have a great time you will enjoy it.

  3. This is the first time we have been on a freestyle cruise and were looking forward to a relaxing two weeks but were still a little apprehensive especially as we were on a "Tour company ship". Celebration was a mid size ship which meant we didn't feel lost in it's vastness and overcrowded by too many passengers. Standard of food was excellent, very well presented and available 24 hours a day. Staff from cabin to M'aitre D and officers were an absolute joy, deferential when needed but also very friendly and helpful. The public lounge areas were clean and very comfortable with staff on hand for your every need. The Celebration Show Team were a very professional outfit with very talented young artists who put on excellent shows and plays for us. In fact this group was the best I have seen on any cruise ship. Trips off the ship at the various ports were good and varied although we did feel some might have been a little overpriced. Cabins were a reasonable size but would benefit from a make over, especially the bathrooms which although kept spotlessly clean, had clearly seen better days. Having been most pleasantly surprised by this lovely cruise I would have no hesitation in recommending the ship to anyone looking for a relaxing time. You can be as formal or informal as you want to be . W had a query regarding our on board credit but this was resolved with the least amount of fuss by the front desk staff. Nearly everyone that we spoke to on board had very positive comments to make. A very few passengers though, we felt, were determined to complain as much as possible and, unfortunately, you can't do much about people like that. I would be happy to travel again with Thompson either on the Celebration or any of their other ships and hope to do so in the near future. Thanks a million Thompson!
