Has anyone been on clomid??

2 years ago I found out I was diagnosed with pcos and have been ttc for the past year...in october i will be prescribed clomid...how successful is this drug?? what are the side effects you experienced??

I was on clomid for a short Luteal phase.  We conceived on the second month.  Unfortunately, it ended in miscarriage, blighted ovum.  We were unsuccessful for over a year.  Very mild side effects.  Hot flashes every once in a while, and some foods tasted funny.  Just started another round yesterday.  Lots of luck to ya.
