Has anyone been on the Carnival Conquest?

It's our first cruise and we have two girls, 12 and 15 years old. What are some cool things for them to do on the ship?

I have been on the Conquest (last year) and I sell it often b/c I am in San Antonio and it leaves from Galveston.  I love the Conquest, there are teen programs they can go to, they have mock cocktail parties, and dances for them, all kinds of activities, they have a teen lounge they can go and meet people at also.
