Has anyone been on the birth control brand Mircette?

Question

What has been your experience with the birth control pill Mircette?

Ive just been given a prescription for it. I DO realize people react differently to different bc pills..so I'll take everyones input with a grain of salt. But what has been your overall expereince with it as far as side effects, etc?

ps - No, I am obviously not trying to concieve..but trying to get more answers for this.. thx!!

I took Mircette for about four years and had absolutely no problems with it. It regulated my periods very well and had little to no side effects.  Its a low dose birth control pill so it really shouldnt cause you too many problems. I loved the pill.Now Im trying to have a baby now and  havent been lucky :/ My periods are all over the place. I stopped takimg mircette over two years ago though. I switched over to Lo estrin 24Fe for the whole  shorter lighter periods. I really didnt like the loestrin 24Fe, I think thats the one that messed up my period.

I have taken Mircette...about 3-4 years ago.  I had some break-through bleeding, so I did stop it.  I gave it a good three months though.  I hope it works out better for you!
