Yes,     we did a 12 day Gem cruise to the Western Mediterranean.  The ship is brand new and its nice.  Not the best decorated ship I have been on but OK.  It has several different type features on the pool deck, like lounging sofas and a mini-casino with roulette tables and blackjack.  The Lounge is also kinda funky with odd shaped chairs, a pool table, an automated roulette table, a couple snooker boards, and a table top shuffle board.

The gymnasium is OK, and the pools and hot tubs are nice.  We tried a couple of the alternative restaurants and they were OK.  We ate in the main dining room for dinner most days.  They have plenty of tables for two as people generally come in that way.  You can make reservations for the main dining room but for only 2 days at a time.
