Has anyone been scammed by this company: GOAM MEDIA?

Question

They called my office and my staff some how subscribed to their advertisement without any binding contract other than over the phone. Also, it wasn't Me that authorized or approved the advertisement. How can they just think to call any office and think that they can charge whatever they want just by speaking to my staff?
