Has anyone been sucessful stopping DIRECTV unwanted calls?

I know that DIRECTV has been sued and have to pay fines for allowing their telemarketers for makeinging cals to people on the "DO NOT CALL" list in the past.I don't want to go that far, but I do want these calls to stop. I have called ther customer service and have beeen put on their list. but the calls are stull comeing. It is a shame I am happy with the procuct and have been their for over 10 years. I am makeing a log of the calls and will take the court route if forced.

You've told the DirectTV people to stop calling.  Good.

You didn't say whether you're on the "Do Not Call" list.  Are you?

You don't have to start with a legal proceeding.  That takes time and money.  Start by filing a complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/  and also with the Better Business Bureau http://welcome.bbb.org/
