Has anyone been tagged by Tagged.com, and tried to get them off your back and stop charging your cel ph 9.99?

I can't get rid of these guy's and them out of our life. I can't contact them,every time I try my screen goes haywire and I have to restart my computer, every month my wife gets charged 9.99, every month we have to get the charges dropped. My wife could change her phone #, but she needs to keep that number.
