Has anyone been to Amsterdam?

What to do there and ect...

I am born there and miss living there everyday of my life. The city is beautiful. I enjoyed living right downtown Amsterdam I lived walking distance from my work. On Sundays we usually visited a museum and stopped some place for tea.

I worked there, still work near it (5 minute drive away) and visit often.

It is a city - just like any other really.

The most popular attractions / museums are the Anne Frank house (judging by the long rows in front of there every day).

If you like art, architecture, or city life in general, you`ll have a lovely time.

Also, Amsterdam is within easy reach of other nice places to visit.

Haarlem, Alkmaar, Enhuizen, Hoorn in the North western part of The Netherlands.

Den Haag, Rotterdam, Utrecht more south.

It depends on what you like to do, so give a bit more info so you can receive a bit more information that is in the direction of your interests.
