Has anyone been to Cache Creek or Thunder Valley Casino in the Sacramento area?

well, if you are closer to Cache Creek, go there... I haven't been there yet, but it has got to be better than Thunder Valley.  I live about thirty miles away Thunder Valley, so that is why I went, the first two times, we stayed for 15 minutes, when we dropped about two hundred dollars, and then won it back.  The next two times we went, we stayed for about an hour and a half, and we lost about four hundred dollars... the slots are not loose, so if you play poker or black jack, then it might be ok for you, otherwise, the only thing there is a casino, and restaurants... oh, you could go shopping at Costco afterward, we usually go get a pizza and go home.

Their pretty similiar.  Cache Creek has definitely upgraded in the past 10 years.  I still remember when it was mainly bingo with a few tables with $2 blackjack and maybe 2 running poker tables.  Thunder Valley gets the attention but Cache Creek is about the same.  Tons of people on weekend nights.

cashe creek wont open their bar before 2pm I needed a drink so bad... those a******s wouldnt even give me a beer.
