I have been there a couple of times. It is beautiful, warm, and right on the ocean. From what I remember, I stayed at an all inclusive resort the first time, so not too much wandering out of there. But the second time I stayed at a five star hotel and enjoyed everything about the area. It is a very relaxed med. beach town. I loved it.

i go to rota spain twice a year. a little place called ballena. its mainly a golfing place. they have beautiful beaches and the hotels are fabulous  i recommend  hotel barcelo. rota town is wonderful for meals at night and if you drive theres a place called san luca thats good for shopping. all in all i defiantley  think you will go back once youve been... enjoy!!!!

The beaches are simply wonderful.  Bolonia is heaven!  But forget about Cadiz capital city, terribly hot, ugly, shabby...
