Has anyone been to Hunter mountain recently?

I want to go to Hunter Mountain tomorrow (3/5) but Im nervous because it has been so warm. Has anyone been there recently or does anyone have a prediction for what the conditions will be like?

I heard conditions were spring like today, not sure what tomorrow will be like. If it gets cold it will be icy, but if it stays warm it should be pretty good. They definitley have good coverage, so that shouldn't be a concern.

I go to Windham a lot, which is about 12 miles away from hunter.  I was there on sunday and the conditions were good, but it rained yesterday and today.  Windham says that they got an inch of snow today, so hunter might have gotten the same.  Last week was amazing, so this week can't be too bad.  I'm going back to windham on friday if the weather is nice.  They are supposed to get a few inches of snow on friday night through saturday and into sunday.  It would be better go to tomorrow than a weekend, because hunter gets crazy on weekends and along with mountain creek,  they are known for people stealing equipment.

Hunter gets more sun than windham, so hopefully the sun has softened the ice.  There were icy spots on the steeper trails at windham.  Last wednesday was the perfect day.  8 inches of fresh powder -- it doesnt get much better than that in new york. Hopefully they still have some of that snow.  

Weather.com says 41 degrees and sunny tomorrow.  That is hot.  

Its gonna be colder next week. Monday and Tuesday are gonna be better days.

It was nice this weekend at windham, and probably the same at hunter.  If you dont mind warm weather and soft snow, it wouldn be bad to go if you cant go any other time.  If you can wait until a better day, monday and tuesday look like better days.
